What you’ll be doing:

  • Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting talent for a variety of roles
  • Coordinating interviews and assisting with the recruitment process
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and workforce needs
  • Working toward personal and team targets with support every step of the way

  • Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence with Microsoft Office
