Job Description:

As a Payroll Admin Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll administration. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing payroll data, including timesheets, overtime, and deductions
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring data integrity
  • General business administration and reception duties
  • Responding to payroll-related queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll administration or a similar role – highly regarded
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office Suite – beneficial
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
