Volley Recruit is seeking Customer Service Representatives to start ASAP

The ideal candidate will excel in creating exceptional customer satisfaction, accurately processing orders into an ERP system, handling inquiries and queries, and efficiently managing customer credits. Essential Functions:

  • Data entry via phone, fax, and email orders to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Assist customers with queries, technical assistance, and complaints, striving to resolve issues promptly.
  • Process telephone orders, technical inquiries, and product information queries in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships between the service and sales departments while providing continuous support to the Sales Team.
  • Ensure proper processing of customer credits within established policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the profitability of the business by maintaining costs within budget.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to enter orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Adept at mathematics, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently when required.

Experience:

  • Previous call center experience and/or relevant knowledge is essential.
  • Proficiency in PC skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong mathematics, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
