Our client, a leader in Australia’s construction and industrial services sector with over 40 years of expertise, specializes in mechanical services, surface protection, insulation, access solutions, electrical services, fire protection, marine remediation, and asbestos management. Their collaborative approach ensures efficient project execution and client satisfaction.

 

The role:

Based in Brisbane, we are seeking an experienced and client-focused Contracts Coordinator for our clients oil & gas sector. In this pivotal role, and reporting directly to the leadership team you’ll facilitate seamless communication and collaboration, oversee all project-related interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and updates professionally.
    • Foster effective communication between internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving potential issues or deviations from plans proactively.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, instilling trust and confidence in our capabilities and services.
    • Travel to various project sites as needed to oversee operations and address client needs.

 

Key attributes:

    • Demonstrated experience in client management or project liaison roles, preferably within construction, maintenance, or industrial services sectors.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders and internal teams.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
    • Knowledge of mechanical services, surface protection, insulation & cladding, access solutions, electrical services, passive fire protection, marine structures remediation, and asbestos management is advantageous.
    • Willingness to travel to project sites across Australia as required.
