Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators, skid steers, and loaders safely and effectively for construction tasks.
- Follow project plans, specifications, and instructions accurately.
- Perform equipment inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating excavators, skid steers, and loaders as a Civil Operator.
- Drivers License, White Card, LE Excavator, LS Skid Steer, LL Loader
- Proficient in equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans.
- Strong coordination, manual dexterity, and stamina.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible regarding weather conditions and work schedules.
