Carpenters, Roofers, Trades Assistants

Volley Recruit is seeking skilled Carpenters, Roofers and Trades Assistants to join our clients dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Constructing, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, and roofing systems
• Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials for both carpentry and roofing tasks
• Inspecting roofs for damage and identifying necessary repairs or replacements
• Applying waterproofing membranes, sealants, and other roofing materials
• Collaborating with team members to ensure project completion
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter and/or Roofer/ Trades Assistant
• Solid understanding of carpentry and roofing techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• White Card, Working at Heights, Boom Lift, Trade Certificates
• Must be capable of passing D&A, Police Clearance & Working With Children’s Check
